Shipping Policy – LL Puzzle Books

Thank you for shopping with LL Puzzle Books. We offer both printed puzzle books and digital downloads to customers worldwide. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing

All printed books are produced using a Print-on-Demand (POD) fulfillment process. This means each book is printed specifically for your order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.
  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or due to supplier delays.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

2. Shipping Times

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

International Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and local postal services.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically.

  • Download links are typically available immediately after payment is successfully processed.
  • Customers will also receive access instructions via email.
  • No physical shipment is required for digital products.

5. International Customers

LL Puzzle Books sells globally.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.
  • Customs processing times vary and may affect delivery estimates.
  • LL Puzzle Books is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

6. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied:

  • Delivery may be delayed or returned to the fulfillment provider.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
  • LL Puzzle Books is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Order number
  • Name used for the order
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of damaged items (if applicable)

We will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Returns and Replacements

Because our printed books are produced on demand, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item contains a manufacturing defect
  • The incorrect item was received
